Registrations cancelled before 20th March 2024 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid except from 120€ related to administration costs incurred.
Registrations cancelled after 20th March 2024 are no longer eligible for a refund.
If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.
Please advise substitutions via email. Substitutions can only be made up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
