Covid measures
We know that the world has changed and there is always going to be uncertainty around events in the age of a pandemic, so here is our approach to making this work:
The event will be compliant above and beyond any basic government health requirements to do what we reasonably can to protect your health and safety and that of all attendees. That will include:
Covid certificate
In order to attend the event, participants will have one of the following documents:
- An EU Digital Covid Certificate by the event’s date
- A document accreditation that I have passed the covid less than 6 months before the event
- A document accreditation that I have had a PCR with negative result in the 72 hours prior to the event
- A document accreditation that I have been tested for antigens with negative result within 48 hours of the event
Use of face masks
Use of face masks is compulsory at the venue, except in specific parts of the catering area.
It is mandatory to wear a surgical mask or an FFP2 type mask.
Sanitizing stations
Deployment of hand sanitizing stations with hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the venue.
Disinfection and cleaning
Reinforcement of the cleaning and disinfection protocols to fully guarantee the attendees’ safety.
Outdoor areas
Poster sessions and coffee breaks will be held outdoors.
