REGISTRATION AND FEES

The registration fee covers attendance to all sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks during the conference and conference materials.

Please register as soon as possible. Registration slots are very limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations cancelled before 8^th May 2022 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid except from 120€ related to administration costs incurred.
Registrations cancelled after 8^th May 2022 are no longer eligible for a refund.

If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.

Please advise substitutions via email. Substitutions can only be made up to 24 hours before the start of the event.

COVID cancellation of the event: if the event is cancelled or has to be moved due to COVID issues, we will offer you a full refund.

Full refund of registration fee if your are not able to attend due to COVID-19: We acknowledge that travel plans and airline restrictions are uncertain, and so we are temporarily modifying our cancellation policy to allow for full refunds for any registered participants who are not able to attend the event due to COVID-19 related issues. If you have been recommended to self-quarantine, have had recent contact with an ill person, or are feeling ill yourself, please do not come to the event — we are happy to return your full registration fee.
