semit 2025
The Spanish Society of Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering (SEMIT) was founded as a society in 2024 to address the need to advance the development and application of these promising fields in Spain .
The inaugural SEMIT 2025 Congress, held on October 2-3, 2025, at the Parc Científic de Barcelona, will mark the beginning of a leading platform for knowledge exchange among researchers, clinicians, and companies in the field. This event will bring together prominent national and international experts to di scuss the latest advances and challenges in bioengineering, advanced biomaterials, biofabrication and many others, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and the transfer of technology into clinical practice. In addition, this year we will count with the attendance of four internationally recognized plenary speakers: Abhay Pandit, Maria Pau Ginebra, Manuel Salmerón and Aitziber Cortajarena.
